Breast cancer is getting more common nowadays for women. It's one of the top killer disease for women. So ladies should DIY check their titty every month. Well, I'm sure guys out there can do a much better job because you are the one who is touching, caressing, fondling and kissing them (the breasts) more often than the ladies themselves.
Well, one thing to note is that the DIY checks should be done from the 7th till 10th day of the menstrual cycle. So guys, please ask your girl's cycle or help to track for them. I'm sure your girl will appreciate your help on this.
**Do NOTE that lumps/cysts is not necessarily CANCER. It MAYBE just malignant (non-cancerous) or disappear after a period of time. DON'T PANIC!!
