Drug abuse has been on the rise ever since the time when man knew about drugs. Once a person is addicted to drugs, be it heroin or ecstasy, it is very difficult to shake off the habit.

Personally, I had a cousin who was always high on ecstasy a few years back. He always sleeps in the day and active at night. This completely change his normal lifestyle after being introduce to that by a clubbing friend.

Thank God that he realized that he has lost control of life. He wanted to get his life back. His parents and wife encouraged him to go for drug treatment programmes. It took him almost a year to be completely free.

About 2 years ago, he got married with his girlfriend and they got a healthy cute baby girl a year later.

Well, I believe everyone should say NO to drugs. If you have friends or family members who are addicted to drugs, you should stop them from such abuse. Encourage them to fight the temptation to get rid of it. Help them along the way.
