Kids do the darnedest things

Just finished reading newspaper and found that this write up is true and funny. Kids can really do the darnedest things on earth! Read this:

While taking a routine vandalism report at an elementary school, Martin was interrupted by a little girl of about six years.

Looking up and down at his uniform, she asked, "Are you a cop?"

"Yes," Martin answered and continued writing the report.

"My mother said if I ever needed help I should ask the police. Is that right?"

"Yes, that's right!" Martin said.

"Well, then," she said, "would you please tie my shoe?"
